Client Service & Operations Manager
As our firm’s client service and operations manager, Alicia strives to deliver on our commitment to exceptional client service by continuously improving operational processes. She supervises Telos Capital Management, Inc.’s client service & operations staff and manages a broad range of client service activities. She works closely with the firm’s advisers and is instrumental in developing impactful solutions that drive operational excellence and provide our clients an outstanding experience. As someone who has a thirst for knowledge, Alicia appreciates the learning opportunities that her diverse responsibilities provide every day.
Alicia was born and raised in Japan and is fluent in English and Japanese. She has spent most of her adult life here in San Diego, where she lives with her family. Prior to joining our firm, she gained many years of progressive client service and administration experience in the medical and financial industry.
Alicia loves spending time with her family, traveling around the world, fine dining, the beach, hiking, exploring, being out in nature, yoga and Pilates. She truly enjoys attending her son’s many sports activities, including football, lacrosse, or any other sport he is playing, and does her best to make it to every game to cheer on his team.
